Dynaudio Emit 10 christmas campaign

ENTRY DOES NOT REQUIRE OWNERSHIP OF A DYNAUDIO LOUDSPEAKER OR ANY OTHER DYNAUDIO PRODUCTS. NO PURCHASES ARE NECESSEARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN IN THE PROMOTION. ANY PURCHASES OR PAYMENTS WILL NOT INCREASE A PARTICIPANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING. THE PROMOTION IS OPEN FOR ENTRY BETWEEN 26 NOVEMBER 2021 AND 19 DECEMBER 2021 AT NOON.

  1. Participation and entrance

You can participate in the promotion by submitting the form on the Dynaudio Emit 10 Christmas campaign landing page. Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these official terms and conditions and Dynaudio’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Dynaudio employees, and their families, cannot participate in the promotion.

  1. Promoter

  1. Timing

The promotion begins on 26 November 2021, at 14:00:00 p.m. Greenwich Mean Time (“GMT”) and ends on 19 December 2021, at 11:59:59 a.m. GMT. Dynaudio’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the promotion.

  1. Winner selection

Dynaudio Marketing employees will randomly choose 5 winners from the competition signups every Monday following the first, second, third and fourths Sunday of advent in December 2021.

  1. Winner requirements and announcement

Winners will be notified by e-mail directly and subsequently announced on Dynaudio’s Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/dynaudiogroup. In the case the winner does not claim his or her prize within 14 days of notification; he or she loses the right to the prize, and Dynaudio reserves the right to appoint a new winner.

  1. Publicity

Except where prohibited, submission consent that Dynaudio Marketing may use the entrant’s first name in connection with the promotion for promotional, advertising or other purposes (including, without limitation, on Dynaudio’s and/or its designees social media accounts) without payment, notification, permission or other consideration, except where prohibited by law.

  1. Prizes

There will be twenty (20) Dynaudio Emit 10 loudspeaker sets valued at approximately 650 euros a piece in total (retail value). Prizes cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash. All federal, state and local taxes on the prize value are the sole responsibility of the winner.

  1. Liability

Participation in the promotion, the usage of the functionalities of the site as well as usage of materials and information in general is at own risk. Dynaudio will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever as a result of entering into the promotion.

  1. General conditions

Dynaudio reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Dynaudio’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by Dynaudio in its sole discretion. Dynaudio reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds or suspects to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion, to be acting in violation of these official terms and conditions or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Dynaudio reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Dynaudio’s failure to enforce any term of these official terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

  1. Doubt or disagreement

Except where prohibited by law, cases of doubt or disagreement in regards to the terms and conditions of the promotion, Dynaudio will determine interpretations and judge disputes accordingly. There cannot in this matter or others arising from the execution of the promotion be made any compensation claims towards Dynaudio. Moreover, Dynaudio retains the right to make any and all amendments, additions, and/or changes to the present set of terms and conditions at all times and without notice. Dynaudio also retains the right to remove any and all inappropriate entries.

  1. Personal information

The promotion is carried out by Dynaudio and according to the Danish Act on Processing of Personal data, which complies with the European Union’s data protection legislation. Any and all contact information provided are processed in full confidentiality and will not be disclosed to any third parties.
